Where will the rally and march be located?
The rally and march will take place as referenced in the picture below (alternative text included), with rolling closures. For directions, use the address 301 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
How long is the march / what if I am unable to complete the march?
The march route length is about half a mile. ACCESS will be providing emergency assistance to anyone who cannot or is unable to finish the march.
How can I get to the event / what are my transportation options?
By Bus – Bus stops are located throughout downtown.
By Bike – There is public bike parking downtown. There are also Healthy Ride stations near the rally location – Liberty Ave & Stanwix St (Station 1000) and Forbes Ave & Market Square (Station 1001).
By Subway – Get off at Gateway Center Station, and you’ll be right at the event.
By Car – Pay parking is available in nearby lots (Gateway Center Parking), and there will be a drop-off location. Check out ParkPGH.org for real-time parking information.

Will there be seating at the march?
There will be general and reserved seating, as well as standing room. Seats in the front will be reserved for those who require ASL interpretation. There will also be reserved seating under a tent with fans for anyone who needs relief from the sun and/or heat.
Will smoking or alcohol be allowed at the event?
No. This event will be smoke and alcohol free. Please refrain from bringing these items to the rally or march. There will be no smoking and no alcohol signs posted throughout.
Can I bring my child(ren) to this event?
Yes! There will be children’s activities and crafts during the event. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Will food or drinks be provided or for purchase?
